"Try It, You'll Like It"

I believe it is important to expand your horizens and try new things such as food. What better time than as a child. Most children eat either what their parents eat or what is easy and more appealing. Have you ever heard the saying "don't knock it til you try it"? I think parents should introduce their children to different kinds of foods to help determine what they will like and eat later.

  1. That is awesome!

Healthy eating habits are obviously important for good health. The trick is how to convince kids to want to try it.

I've seen some parents douse broccoli with cheese or slather ketchup over anything remotely green in order to get the kids to eat it.

Putting a positive spin on eating wouldn't hurt, but it may not reach everyone. The article cites a few kids who still didn't like the tomatoes.

    We can't give up though!
